Chuck recently celebrated his 34th wedding anniversary with his wife, Elaine Layman. They reside in Loveland, Colorado. He enjoys hiking, rafting and spending time at Horsetooth Reservoir.

He has acquired over 35 years of experience as a financial professional and is a second generation licensed insurance professional. Throughout his career Chuck has become well versed in conserving assets for retirees and investing for their future income needs. Chuck boasts a versatile stand point in the financial world, as he has considerable experience in conducting educational programs. Chuck is dedicated to preserving the hard earned assets of both seniors and the newly retired alike. It has become Chuck’s main priority to protect assets while allowing them to accumulate growth and help to potentially reduce taxes.

Chuck has completed numerous educational courses that incorporate the vast parameters of the financial world. All of this education is in addition to the considerable experience Chuck has in instructing several similar educational programs.

Alicia Lewis

Alicia, formerly Alicia Layman, is married to Joshua Lewis and a proud mother of one son, Judah, who was born on June 4th, 2011. They currently reside in Loveland, Colorado.

She is a third generation financial professional who brings youthful determination that is coupled with innovative ideas to match the ever changing financial world. As a licensed insurance professional, Alicia strives to assist retirees in meeting their financial needs for the present as well as the future. She also emphasizes strategies that will ensure retirees can protect their assets, potentially reduce taxes and increase retirement income ensuring that they will never outlive their hard earned nest egg. Alicia’s main objectives incorporate the safety and security of your assets intertwined with growth.

Alicia has completed a multitude of various educational courses, specializing in; field specific certifications, continuing educational courses, one-on-one mentoring, as well as Elite IRA courses. Those of which encompass a wide array of financial advising. She looks forward to advancing her education as her business grows and progresses.

Erica, formerly Erica Northrop, is a Colorado native who grew up in Fort Collins and who now lives in Loveland with her husband, Brent Pauly and their great dane, Beau.

Erica holds a Bachelor Degree in Rhetoric and Composition from Colorado State University. She is also a freelance writer for Lydia's STYLE Magazine in Fort Collins and has been with GrowSecure for two and a half years.

She manages day-to-day operations in the office and leads new and current projects within the company. Erica's ultimate goal mirrors that of the company: We want you to have the experience of your life with GrowSecure, Inc.

Amanda is the newest addition to our office and is a Marketing Associate. She is a recent graduate of Colorado State University where she studied Psychology and Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. She loves learning about the success of GrowSecure and meeting all of the wonderful clients. Erica, Alicia, Chuck and Lisa have so much knowledge to share and Amanda has been soaking up every bit of it.

Lisa, formerly Lisa McDaniel, is the proud mom of two beautiful children, Robbie and Katie. She enjoys the family atmosphere of the office and the work/life balance that GrowSecure, Inc. holds in high regard.

Lisa came to us with more than seven years experience in the financial industry. She is thrilled to be working with a team that has the same goals as she does; to provide an unmatched client experience. As our Office Manager, Lisa serves the major role to provide the best client experience. She is the first point of contact in the office or on the phone and assists Chuck and Alicia throughout the entire application process. She is excited to get to know all of our wonderful clients through our many events.

Luke Waller
Life Insurance Specialist

Luke graduated from Washburn University School of Law with a Certificate in Business and Transactional Law and previously worked for the law firm of Scott, Quinlan, Willard, Barnes and Keeshan in Topeka, KS. Luke provides Chuck and Alicia with the best strategies and concepts to improve their life insurance possibilities. Luke is an extremely driven person and that translates into a drive to help Chuck and Alicia improve their business as well. It falls on him to not only provide GrowSecure with the strategies they need in the field but also to incorporate the level of service that is expected of him. 

 

 

Sam Wempe
Income Planning Associate


He assists in the maintaining and planning of the financial goals of our firm’s clients. He has a degree in Accounting and Finance from Washburn University. He also helps in the implementation of the clients income plan, as well as summarizing the clients overall goals.

Sam enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors.

 

Brad Lindstrom
Income Plan Specialist 

Brad and his wife, Becky, have a son named Jacob and a daughter named Jaymeson. He enjoys hunting, golfing, and spending time with family.

Brad partners with GrowSecure to help create and maintain financial plans for the firm’s clients. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Kansas State University. Other job duties include creating power point presentations summarizing the income plans for client meetings and providing weekly updates on the status of the firms plans.
